Rhinoplasty reshapes the bone and cartilage of the nose to improve its profile and balance with your face, and sometimes your breathing. It can reduce a hump, refine a wide or bulbous tip, straighten the nose and narrow wide nostrils.

- Consultation & Planning – We discuss your goals, assess the nose and your breathing, and agree a natural, balanced result.

- Reshaping – The bone and cartilage are refined to improve the bridge, tip and proportions.
- Support – A nasal splint is placed and stays on for about a week.
- Recovery & Results – Bruising settles in 1–2 weeks; the tip keeps refining for up to a year.
Recovery
- Keep the splint dry and sleep with your head raised on two or three pillows.
- Don't blow your nose for 2 weeks; if you sneeze, sneeze with your mouth open.
- Don't rest glasses on your nose, and avoid contact sports, for 6 weeks.
- The tip can stay slightly swollen for up to a year as it settles.
